Placing an Order
You can place an order on-line here at our website, just make your selections and use our secure checkout process and shopping cart. You will need to enter your credit card information to complete your order. However, (US & Canada), if you would like to place your order by telephone, fax, or email.
We will be happy to help you place an order by your desired method.

Shipping & Delivery Information
Normally, if you place an order by 2 p.m. your orders will ship the next business day. This does not mean your order will arrive in 1 or 2 days. Please allow the appropriate time for order processing and delivery. You should receive your order within approximately 5-7 business day.
Possible Shipping Delays
Orders around busy Holidays may take 3 or 4 business days before it ships. If you need your order for a special occasion, we offer overnight delivery or Saturday deliver, at an additional cost to you. Please let us know on your order form, or give us a call. We want to help you get your order as quickly as possible for those special occasions. If you need a Saturday morning delivery, please call us or place request in "Instructions" on your order form. Time is a factor for Saturday deliveries, but we will make every effort to get your order to you. Remember, we will charge you to expedite your order. Please email or call us for shipping cost on "Rush" deliveries.
Delivery Delays May Occur Beyond My Secrets Control
Weather conditions, or similar conditions my arise that cause a delayed delivery with your order. However, we will make every effort to work with you and the transportation company if a delay occurs.
Temporarilay Out-of Stock Items
Also, at times, an item and/or product may be temporarily out of stock because of high demand. This temporarily out-of-stock would cause a delay with your order. If this occurs, customer service will contact by email (please have a good email address) and let you know the item is not available at the time. You will have a choice to cancel that item or order another selection. We will not bill you and/or your credit card for the out-of-stock item. At times, when we do not hear back from a customer, we may call you with questions about your order. However, we will make every effort to contact you by email first. If you do not want to receive a call from our Customer Service Department please email info@mysecretslingerieandbodyproducts.com and put "No Calls" in the subject. We do not use your number for anything other than questions about your order. We do not sale or trade any personal information about you with anyone (PrivacyPolicy). If the item is not available at the moment, we will let you know . Therefore, you can let My Secrets know if you want to wait on the backorder, select another item, or delete the order.
Shipping Cost - US - Canada - APO
My Secrets uses UPS, Fed-EX, and USPS for deliveries. Orders will be shipped standard ground delivery. We are now offering FREE SHIPPING!
Rush Delivery & Weekend Delivery
For 1-Day Overnight delivery inside the US is (USD) $21.95. Please call for rush delivery cost for Canada. US Saturday rush delivery (USD) $32.95, Canada if you need Saturday Rush delivery, please call for delivery cost.
International & APO Rush Delivery
Saturday rush delivery is not available for International orders or APO Deliveries. APO Delivery Must Call For Shipping Cost. International Orders International orders will be a flat rate of $32.95. However, when your order goes through customs, you may have duty tax incurred. The duties to your country will be your responsibility. It may take several days for your order to go through customs and you receive it. Any taxes and duties to your country will be your responsibility. Orders will be shipped International Regular Air.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD DELIVERY ADDRESS and EMAIL ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER.
If we received your order back due to insufficient address, we will attempt to contact you by email so we can correct the problem and get your order to you. Unfortunately, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order. If we cannot contact you (by email or phone) about your order, we will credit your credit card less the shipping cost.
If you are waiting on your order and you have not received it in a timely manner, please contact us and remember to check your email frequently. There may be a delivery problem you are unaware of, and we will email you to inform you. We can work out any delays with good communication.
A credit, less the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee, will be charged to your credit card for orders returned to My Secret Lingerie and Body Products because you refused delivery.
Signature is required on all order. You can waive this requirement on your Check Out Order Form. If you do not check "No Signature Required" a signature will be required.

My Secrets Lingerie & Body Products wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, at times a return must occur. Whether it is sizing, the color, or you simply had a change of mind, we extend our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will gladly refund or exchange your item without any hassle. However, we must work together to get you a refund or an exchange.
Please contact:info@mysecretslingerieandbodyproducts.com with "Refund / Exchange" in the subject to obtain a return authorization. You have 14 days to exchange or return merchandise. You will be receive a full credit or exchange Less the Return Shipping Cost. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If My Secrets accidentally makes an internal error with your order and we shipped the wrong color, size, or product, please return the product. We will refund or make an exchange hassle free. We will also credit you the shipping cost you incurred to return the item. Again, you must email us for a return authorization. This will certainly expedite the return and/or exchange process. You have 14 days to exchange or return merchandise.
All items must be returned in the original packages with the tags. Credit will not be issued for items that appear to have been worn and/or laundered.
Please Note:
Due to health regulations, some item are not returnable. My Secrets, strictly follows health and safety regulations. Therefore, please pick the non-returnable and non-refundable items carefully. Use the size charts to help with your final selections. Remember, our info@mysecretslingerieandbodyproducts.com is available 24/7. You can speak with live customer service M-F, 9:00-5:00, and Sat. 9:00-Noon. However, we answer our phones most other times too.
Please note the items below that are not returnable:
Panties, Thongs, G-Strings, Undies, Hosiery and Stockings that has been worn and/or laundered.
Any Lingerie that has been worn and/or laundered.
Men's Briefs, Men's Thongs, Pouches, G-Strings, and Boxers.
Kama Sutras, and Bath and Body Products or Novelty Items that have been opened or altered in anyway cannot be returned.
Secure Methods of Payment
All payment must be in US dollars. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal through our secure checkout system. If paying with Paypal, we will email you an invoice with a payment button. Please pay from the invoice, or send payment immediately to Mysecretslingerie@yahoo.com. We will also accept cashier checks and personal checks. However, cashier checks and personal checks must clear My Secrets account and the funds be verifiable before your order will be sent out.
